Who says you can't reduce weight after delivering 2 kids.
Ofcourse, it's not easy to reduce weight and fat when you have 2 small kids at home as you are occupied to feed them or involved in their studies most of the time.. you not only become physically tired rather mentally tired also...
But it's will over wish, which makes it happen and thats what Mrs. Neha Jain from Dehradun precisely did, inspite of lot of travelling and family functions, she could still balance her lifestyle and daily physical activity.
