Its around 5 or 6 pm when most of us feel hungry. Just after you have finished your office or other tasks, don’t you feel like you can eat anything that comes in front of you at this time? And somehow if you don't eat anything for evening hunger, you tend to overeat for dinner.
And that becomes the spoiler of your full day conscious eating 🤦♀️

🎁Keep #snacks in small tiffin with you if you are away from home.
🥙Eat something #wholesome so that you can have a light dinner
What to eat??
👉🏻roasted peanut/ makhana or chana are easy to go for wholesome options
👉🏻Home made laddoo aata or besan laddoo made with ghee and dry fruits or I also love these Gond & dry fruit laddoo. One laddoo is enough to satisfy your needs
👉🏻 A chapati with ghee
👉🏻 Poha/Upma or wheat vermicelli can be opted sometimes
👉🏻Dhokla or khandavi ( Gujarati snacks) are also lip-smacking but healthy options
So don't let 5 pm Hunger pang be a spoiler but plan to come out as a winner 🏆
