"5 PM HUNGER PANGS" This meal is secret to long lasting fitness..
Its around 5 or 6 pm when most of us feel hungry. Just after you have finished your office or other tasks, donโt you feel like you can eat anything that comes in front of you at this time? And somehow if you don't eat anything for evening hunger, you tend to overeat for dinner.
And that becomes the spoiler of your full day conscious eating ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
Then what is the solution??

๐Keep #snacks in small tiffin with you if you are away from home.

What to eat??
๐๐ปroasted peanut/ makhana or chana are easy to go for wholesome options
๐๐ปHome made laddoo aata or besan laddoo made with ghee and dry fruits or I also love these Gond & dry fruit laddoo. One laddoo is enough to satisfy your needs
๐๐ป A chapati with ghee
๐๐ป Poha/Upma or wheat vermicelli can be opted sometimes
๐๐ปDhokla or khandavi ( Gujarati snacks) are also lip-smacking but healthy options
